AUTHOR GUIDELINES

General Requirements

  1. Manuscripts submitted to EDUVATA must be original, unpublished, and not under review by any other journal.
  2. Manuscripts must be written in Indonesian or English with good academic language.
  3. Manuscripts must follow the EDUVATA template (available for download on the website).
  4. Similarity/plagiarism check must be below 20% (using Turnitin or iThenticate).

Manuscript Structure

  1. Title — concise, informative, maximum 15 words
  2. Author(s) Name — full name without academic title
  3. Affiliation — institution, city, country, email
  4. Abstract — 150–250 words in English, followed by 3–6 keywords
  5. Introduction — background, problem, objective, literature review
  6. Method — research design, participants, instruments, data analysis
  7. Results and Discussion — findings with tables/figures if necessary
  8. Conclusion — answers to research objectives
  9. References — minimum 15 references, 80% from journals, last 10 years

Manuscript Format

  • Paper size: A4
  • Margins: Top, Bottom, Left, Right = 2.5 cm
  • Font: Times New Roman 12pt
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Length: 6,000–8,000 words (excluding references)
  • File format: Microsoft Word (.docx)

Citation Style

EDUVATA uses APA 7th Edition citation style.

Example:

Sugiyono. (2019). Metode Penelitian Pendidikan. Alfabeta. Hattie, J. (2009). Visible Learning. Routledge.

Submission Process

  1. Register as Author at eduvatajournal.id
  2. Click "New Submission"
  3. Upload manuscript file (.docx)
  4. Fill in metadata (title, abstract, keywords, authors)
  5. Complete submission

Review Process

  • All submitted manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review
  • Review process takes approximately 4–6 weeks
  • Authors will be notified of the decision via email

Article Processing Charge (APC)

  • EDUVATA currently does not charge any article processing or submission fees.

Daftar Tilik Penyerahan Naskah

Seluruh naskah harus memenuhi persyaratan berikut.

  • Naskah ini memenuhi persyaratan yang disebutkan dalam Panduan bagi Penulis.
  • Naskah ini belum perah diterbitkan, tidak pula sedang dalam pertimbangan jurnal lain.
  • Remua referensi telah diperiksa akurasi dan kelengkapannya.
  • Semua tabel dan gambat sudah diberi nomor dan judul.
  • Ijin telah diperoleh untuk menerbitkan semua foto, dataset dan bahan lain yang tersedia dalam naskah ini.

Authors who publish in EDUVATA agree to the following terms:

1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) License that allows others to share the work with acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

2. Authors are permitted to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work, with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.

3. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges and earlier and greater citation of published work.
